Depending on your symptoms, a trip to urgent care or the ER might be neceeary. Seek chiropractic care immediately. We will refer you to a specialist when necessary. Your body has experienced a TRAUMA. Do not take this lightly. Imagine there was an egg in your car - did it break when the "5 mph" impact happened? What did your brain do when it hit your skull? And your neck when it went traumatically forwards and backwards!
Are you prepared with insurance that will support you? Do you have uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. This is very inexpensive and protects you when your accident costs more than you had hoped or when the person who hit you forgot to pay their bill.
Do you have Medical payment coverage? This costs pennies a day and will pay your medical bills even if you are at fault! What about rental coverage? Even if you are at fault you will have a car to drive right away.
