While we will do our best to accommodate your requested day and time, please note, your appointment is not booked until you get a confirmation from us! If you would like to schedule immediately, it is faster to call us directly at 480-882-9105.  Please include in the notes if you were in a car accident or if you will be using health insurance or self-pay.  Let us know what kind of appointment you are requesting whether it be for chiropractic, massage or both and what symptoms you are experiencing, whether it be back pain, neck pain, chronic pain or a new injury.  We look forward to meeting you!
